Job Duties and Responsibilities of Client Relations Agent:

• Support individuals with shipping needs and inquiries they may have.
• Inspect shipping details for accuracy and review packages to ensure they adhere to quality guidelines.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping while processing packages through UPS systems.
• Complete sales transactions in a timely and professional fashion.
• Offer professional and efficient customer service in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Relations Agent:

• Prior experience is not a must; training is included.
• Proficient in interpersonal coections and communication.
• Basic computer aptitudes for tracking packages and managing records.
• Proficient at handling multiple tasks with a high level of detail orientation.
• The eligibility to work in the United States must be in accordance with the law.
