Job Summary of Associate IE Supervisor:

This role is responsible for overseeing engineering projects, implementing operational processes, and driving process improvements within UPS. This role includes project management, business plaing, and technology integration while ensuring best practices are consistently applied across the organization.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate IE Supervisor:

• Lead and execute large-scale project implementations and training initiatives.
• Develop and deploy operational best practices across business units.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements using Master Standard Data (MSD).
• Manage integrated business plaing to optimize efficiency.
• Research and integrate new technology solutions into operations.
• Provide training and development support for engineering teams.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate IE Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
