This role provides world-class customer service by assisting walk-in customers, processing shipments, and operating business equipment such as copiers, fax machines, laminators, and POS systems. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Sales Center Associate:

• Provide exceptional customer service in-person and over the phone.
• Demonstrate effective listening and clear communication with customers and team members.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate shipping and service solutions.
• Learn and stay updated on all products, services, and industry practices.
• Operate store equipment, software, and devices accurately and confidently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as needed to support store operations.

Qualifications and Experience of Sales Center Associate:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrates accuracy in verbal, written, and basic math tasks.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to lift items weighing 40 pounds or more.
