• Perform sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Deliver expert and welcoming customer assistance amidst a busy environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Feedback Agent:

• No prior experience needed; you will receive training.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Core computer skills needed for package monitoring and record management.
• Capability to handle a variety of tasks while remaining attentive to fine points.
• It is imperative to hold the legal authorization to work in the U.S.
