Job Summary of Maintenance Automation Supervisor:

This role is responsible for assisting with ensuring equipment functionality, and overseeing preventative maintenance programs. The position supports facility inspections, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency improvements while collaborating with mechanics and vendors to maintain equipment and systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical troubleshooting, programming, and equipment diagnostics.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Automation Supervisor:

• Assist in overseeing facility and equipment maintenance, ensuring physical assets are protected.
• Identify and schedule necessary repairs and preventative maintenance tasks with mechanics and external vendors.
• Monitor repair status and preventative maintenance updates to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct facility inspections and recommend operational improvements to enhance package flow and safety.
• Maintain environmental compliance with regulatory programs, including stormwater management, clean air, and hazardous materials handling.
• Deliver required regulatory training such as Lockout Training and Hazmat Training to persoel.
• Communicate assigned work status to internal teams and adjust schedules based on operational needs.

Qualifications and Experience of Maintenance Automation Supervisor:

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Engineering or STEM (preferred).
• Experience with OJS and Maximo (preferred).
• Understanding of programming, network troubleshooting, and motor control theory.
• Basic AC and DC electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating shifts and weekends as required.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the workweek, including some weekends.
