Job Summary of Pipefitter:

This position involves hands-on field work, including the layout, fabrication, and installation of piping systems for industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience interpreting isometric drawings and spool sheets, and must reside within 50 miles of the worksite.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Pipefitter:

• Install pipe systems and related components in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Fabricate piping spools using spool sheets and isometric drawings.
• Flame cut, bevel, and clean pipe for fit-up.
• Handle layout, rigging, and transportation of pipe, valves, and fittings.

Qualifications and Experience of Pipefitter:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• NCCER certification and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of 8 years of journeyman-level experience.
• May be required to pass a craft test.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Ability to pass a physical and PFT/FIT test.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
