Qualifications and Experience of Customer Service Contact Agent:

• No prior experience is necessary; training will be given.
• Strong prowess in interpersonal interactions and communication.
• Fundamental computer skills essential for tracking packages and organizing records.
• Competence in multitasking and ensuring meticulous focus.
• The authorization to work in the United States must be in place.
