Job Summary of Seasonal Center Associate:

This role supports business operations during peak periods by assisting with customer service, package processing, and retail operations. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service while handling shipping, printing, and point-of-sale transactions efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Seasonal Center Associate:

• Provide outstanding customer service for in-person and phone inquiries.
• Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Handle package processing for courier shipments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, laminators, and binding machines.
• Stay informed about available products, services, and best-value options.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Seasonal Center Associate:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible part-time schedule, including Monday through Saturday during peak seasons.
