• Carry out package processing duties with UPS technology while ensuring record accuracy.
• Manage sales transactions in a professional and expedient maer.
• Deliver polished and courteous customer service in a dynamic and fast-moving atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience of Billing Support Agent:

• Training will be given, even if you have no prior experience.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and communication prowess.
• Essential computer competencies for tracking packages and organizing data.
• Aptitude for multitasking effectively while emphasizing precision in details.
• Individuals must be legally cleared to work in the United States.
