Customer Service Associate

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for assisting customers with their shipping, packaging, and transaction needs. This role involves printing and typing shipping labels, properly packaging items, handling point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and providing support for additional services such as printing, copying, faxing, and scaing. You will also assist with mail and package sorting. This is a great opportunity for undergraduate or graduate students, with pay starting at $14.00 per hour and regular reviews for performance and raises.

Responsibilities:

• Handle shipping and packaging tasks, including typing and printing shipping labels.
• Properly package items for shipping, ensuring they are secure and meet UPS standards.
• Manage POS transactions and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist customers with printing, copying, faxing, and scaing when needed.
• Sort and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new services and processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Currently an undergraduate or graduate student working towards a degree.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented and committed to providing high-quality service.
