• Deliver excellent and courteous customer support within a dynamic setting.

Qualifications and Experience of Client Service Associate:

• Previous experience is not necessary as training will be given.
• Demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and communication prowess.
• Fundamental computer abilities for monitoring packages and maintaining records.
• Aptitude for multitasking effectively while emphasizing precision in details.
• It is a requirement to have the legal right to work in the United States.
