• Perform sales transactions efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Offer top-tier customer support in a professional and efficient maer in a quick-paced setting.

Qualifications and Experience of Call Center Agent:

• Prior experience is not a prerequisite as training is included.
• Skillful in engaging with others through communication.
• Foundational computer knowledge for package tracking and record retention.
• Capability to handle a variety of tasks while remaining attentive to fine points.
• Being legally allowed to work in the U.S. is a fundamental prerequisite.
