Job Summary of Assistant Center Manager:

This role supports the daily operations of a retail center by assisting in productivity management, customer service, cost control, and team leadership. The position involves persoel supervision, business development, financial oversight, and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Center Manager:

• Assist with persoel management, including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates.
• Schedule work assignments and facilitate staff meetings.
• Monitor and enhance customer service delivery and satisfaction.
• Support the development and execution of store marketing initiatives.
• Assist in managing financial records and reporting.
• Oversee inventory control and stock management.
• Review employee timesheets and submit for payroll processing.
• Ensure center maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Center Manager:

• High school diploma or GED required; additional coursework or technical training preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in retail, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience with profit and loss (P&L) management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
