Job Summary of Customer Experience Agent:

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Customer Experience Agent:

• Provide assistance to customers with their shipping-related inquiries and services.
• Validate shipment addresses and examine packages to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Utilize UPS systems to process packages effectively and keep detailed records.
• Conduct sales transactions with a focus on efficiency and professionalism.
• Provide top-quality and friendly customer support within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Experience of Customer Experience Agent:

• No previous experience required as training will be offered.
• Strong prowess in interpersonal interactions and communication.
• Essential computer proficiencies required for package tracking and record maintenance.
• Skillful in multitasking and maintaining a meticulous approach to details.
• Having the lawful right to work in the U.S. is a prerequisite.
