Job Summary of Business Analyst:

This role is responsible for conducting organizational studies and evaluations to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Designs systems and procedures, performs work simplification and measurement studies, and prepares operations and procedures manuals to assist management in optimizing business operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Business Analyst:

• Analyze organizational structures, workflows, and business processes.

Qualifications and Experience of Business Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a management-related position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in developing process documentation and workflow analysis.
• Ability to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
