Senior Service Associate

Job Summary:

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations for our diverse client base across various industries including retail, technology, and aerospace. This position requires managing inventory control, package handling, and shipping services to meet client needs, using various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and warehouse management systems (WMS). You will be responsible for ensuring high accuracy and safety standards, while also supporting the deployment of contracted services, managing customer relationships, and meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on tasks, including package handling, inventory control, and shipping services for clients in various industries.
• Utilize Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including pallet movers, forklifts, and order pickers to carry out warehouse activities safely.
• Operate radio frequency (RF) scaers for accurate tracking and execution of warehouse processes.
• Perform all warehouse tasks with a high level of accuracy, adhering to established processes and safety compliance standards.
• Manage daily facility activities such as inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, and inventory control, ensuring seamless operations.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups to ensure the effective deployment of services and meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Perform various financial tasks including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and contribute to creating aual business plans.
• Act as a point of contact for face-to-face customer service, strengthening and retaining client relationships.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, safety, and profitability by identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Support field stocking locations (FSL) and agent locations, providing network-wide assistance as needed.
• Comply with all government regulations and internal guidelines, maintaining a high standard of security and safety.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and operate various Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scaers.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality compliance, and operational best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and internal teams effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant certifications or a college degree is a plus.
