Job Summary of OT Integrations Specialist:

The role at UPS is responsible for installing, testing, and supporting plant floor technologies. The role includes on-site system integration, performance evaluation, and user training. It involves frequent travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to meet project goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of OT Integrations Specialist:

• Install and integrate plant floor technologies.
• Execute and analyze system test scripts and performance metrics.
• Train end-users and local staff on system usage and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and system configurations.
• Coordinate with vendors and project teams to meet system requirements.
• Manage equipment orders, inventory, and project schedules.
• Provide third-level support and troubleshoot chronic system issues.

Qualifications and Experience of OT Integrations Specialist:

• Availability to travel 80% and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Understanding of database design and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Project implementation and quality assurance knowledge.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Preferred: Experience with Linux, automation, and system communication protocols (TCP / IP, MODBUS, etc.).
